The Helle Fjellkniven is a traditional all-purpose everyday carry knife with a 12C27 stainless steel blade and a comfortable contoured handle made from curly birch. Its name, Fjellkniven, is Norwegian for "Mountain Knife," and is a testament to what this knife is capable of - everything from your everyday tasks to adventures in the rugged mountains of Norway.

The beautiful, satin finish handle of the Fjellkniven is crafted from a single, carefully selected piece of curly birch wood that is sanded and polished. It is finished toward the blade with a finger guard for safety.

The non-laminated Helle 12C27 stainless steel blade is shaped to a scandi edge with a drop point and sharpened by hand to a razor sharp edge.

This versatile knife comes with a Nordic style genuine leather sheath featuring a belt loop for an easy and secure carry. This sheath does not require a keeper strap.

This beautiful, practical knife is hand made in Holmedal, Norway by Helle's highly skilled artisans in the Helle factory, which is perched on the edge of a fjord. No two Helle knives are identical, as they are handcrafted with natural materials, but they are all inspected manually after the crafting process is complete to ensure perfection.

The Helle Norway Story
