The stainless steel of the French-made Bistro Salt Mill's grinding mechanism will not corrode, and is ideal for maintaining its original sharpness and resisting wear over time.
The Bistro Salt Mill has a classic adjustable grinding system. To change the coarseness of the salt, simply loosen or tighten the nut at the top of the mill, turning it clockwise for a finer grind, and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
Which Salt Is Best in a Peugeot Salt Mill?
For best results, use salt with a maximum diameter of 4 mm (0.16"). The mill is designed for dry coarse salt, dry sea salt or rock salt. Do not use this mill with wet sea salt
