Peugeot French Wet Sea Salt, 6 x 50g Sachets

Peugeot Wet Sea Salt is harvested by hand using traditional French methods in the marshes in Guerande, France. It is naturally rich in minerals and trace elements, and is tinted grey due to its rich magnesium content. It has a salinity of 8.

Wet sea salt can be used to season finished dishes before serving, and deepening flavors during cooking.

Due to its humidity level and consistency, wet sea salt can only be used in Peugeot's mills specifically designed for wet salt, which feature specialized grinding mechanisms.

This box contains five individual sachets of wet sea salt, each of which is 50g (for a total of 300g of salt). The sachets which lock in the salt's aroma and flavor are designed to protect against air, light and moisture, keeping the salt fresh until you need it.
