The Story

This Victorinox Classic Kitchen Prep Set includes a Classic 4.5" Utility Knife and a Classic 3.25" Paring Knife. With their contoured nylon handles, these two all purpose knives are extremely lightweight and durable -- the perfect addition to any chef's kitchen. These colorful knives will brighten your kitchen prep tasks.

  • Classic 3.25-inch paring knife
  • Stainless steel blade


Victorinox knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

Engraving: Up to 6 characters can be laser engraved on each of the knives in this set.
