The Gourmet 8" Serrated Bread Knife by Wusthof is designed to cut even the freshest, crustiest loaves of bread with ease. This knife goes beyond bread however, it is useful for cutting cakes, a crusty roast, or even tough skinned fruits and vegetables.

Each knife in the Gourmet series by Wusthof-Trident is precisely cut from a single piece of high-quality steel with the latest state of the art laser technology. The steel used in this line is the same as that in the renowned Wusthof Classic and Classic Ikon forged series. The Gourmet line is very comfortable to use, and knives with blades over 4.5" feature a full tang for optimum balance.
